At Brown & Brown, Inc., I leveraged the company's reputation as a national leader in the insurance industry to attract new acquisition prospects. Through targeted advertising, industry publications, and content marketing, I developed and executed integrated campaigns that reached prospects across the country and built internal capacity and developed systems to streamline efficiencies.
To scale our acquisition pipeline strategy, I focused on building out the CRM and streamlining our lead management processes. By leveraging data and analytics, I was able to develop a visual data platform to support executive leadership across 105 strategic locations to identify and qualify acquisition opportunities, directly resulting in $4.8 million in acquired revenue within eight months.
Additionally, I developed materials and led trainings for key leadership on strategic messaging and communications practices, which increased organizational capacity and allowed for more effective campaigns. I also spearheaded the department Sharepoint system migration and led an internal training series to ensure the team was equipped with the necessary tools to succeed on this new platform.
